What I liked

I was seen in audiology - whilst the end result was that I got the treatment that was needed the doctor I saw had weak communication skills; they did not take the time to explain to me properly what the problem was although I did try to ask questions, and I felt that I was just moved around between the different staff for tests as fast as possible on the day so they could get the next patient in to be seen. I would normally recommend Frimley but this particular experience was disappointing.

What could be improved

Doctor taking more time to explain the problem and what it meant.
