(as the patient),

My husband has MND and along with pressure sores he was in discomfort in bed. Both nurses who dealt with us were excellent, showing care understanding and empathy to our needs. After trying one mattress which proved unsuitable, they went to extreme lengths to provide us with a more suitable one. We are awaiting this at the moment and look forward to seeing the nurses again for a trial. Thank you for your patience, kindness and help.
