"Care and attention"

I am pleased to report that the care and attention given to my 96 year old mother during her stay on this ward was excellent.
She was there for 10 days and from her Consultant/Nursing Staff/physios and all who came in touch with her the services were excellent.
All avenues of her condition were covered and discussed with us, unfortunately the risk of an operation was too great for her and she was transferred back to her local hospital.
She has never received such excellent hospital care.
