I went to see a doctor about my pains with an overwhelming feeling of dread and of not being believed but the doctor was so kind and welcomeing and put me at ease. They told me i had Fibromyalgia which i suspected for years but was not believed my another rheumatologist in 2012. the staff were very kind and professional.

Dear Dawny,

Thank you very much for your feedback regarding the rheumatology service at Pilgrim Hospital.

I have arranged to pass your comments on to the team, I am sure they will be pleased to read that you felt comfortable during your visit, and that they were able to put you at your ease and provide a diagnosis.

Thank you again.

With best regards,

Ruth
