I feel that this service lacks management control and or supervision.
the recommended home visit interval period is 12 weeks, the actual visit time is approximately 7 months.
(Last visit October 2015, next visit June 2016) and this was only because I telephoned and complained.
I made a formal complaint to this service approximately two years ago and it would appear to be getting worse.
No alternative other than to make an official complaint to the Quality Care Commission
"Podiatry Service Home Visit."
