I have recently had to call upon the services of your NHS Trust and cannot than them enough for their quick response and professionalism in dealing with my condition.

In no particular order as they all provide an excellent service, I would like to thank the following teams/individuals who provided a very professional service in a friendly and unassuming way:

Community Nursing (Newton Abbott and Teignmouth teams and one nurse in particular)

Torbay Hospital – MRI Scan and Bone X-Ray teams

Teignmouth Catheter Clinic

Torbay Hospital Urology Department.

At a time when the NHS appears to be under increasing pressure I am extremely grateful for the very high standard of service provided to me under difficult circumstances.
