"Exceptional care"

Ok this is a rave review... I've been coming to the centre for over ten years now and can honestly say that the professionalism of the staff have kept me STI free - pretty much against the odds. But more than that, it's clear that their team built an ethos of non-judgemental care, balanced with calm and warmth that means I can be open and honest about things I feel anxious, embarrassed or shame about. This ethos holds from the receptionists to the nursing team and doctors. Behind it all is a superbly honed system of technical care that reminds me of the airline industry - constant innovation and world class facilities of UCLH. Thank you 1000 times
