I fell when I was visiting the doctor, following my fall my mobility got worse. I then fell again in my home. I was then admitted to hospital and found I had broken my arm. I stayed in hospital in Carlisle for just one week, I was then transferred to Alston, Ruth Lancaster James Hospital for rehabilitation.
