"Nervousness"

About: King's Mill Hospital

When my Doctor visited me at my home, then saying I needed to go into hospital, yes I became nervous of the unknown really. Once inside the department AnEYes the friendliness of the Staff, all that vanished. Each time a member came to me first a smile which honestly truly does help. They then gave me an update of each thing that would be happening to my following treatment. My nerves lifted and I was no longer scared about being admitted. However after xray and more blood 02 test I was allowed to go home. I was informed that I would have a Community Matron watching over me at home. I actually informed my love ones just how relaxed I was made to feel from the beginning to the end of my visit. So a massive thank you.to everyone. The only negative is I was informed a Community Matron would be in contact with me today but nothing. But that is not the hospital nor staff at fault
