waited over 5 mths for an appointment for Charing Cross

Neurosurgery, so my appointment was today, I received a text on Thursday 12th May confirming my appointment. I have 4 slipped disc, housemaid knee, tennis elbow and golfers elbow so you can imagine how much pain I am in. I left work early took 2 buses to get there in pain just to be told that it had been cancelled on Tuesday 17th May. I have had no letter and text. NOTHING. Next appointment Aug.
