"Not meant to be called National Health Services"

Found consultants too pretentious and not very professsional.

Overall the medical services would need to be revised urgently as those services lack of compassion and communication skills, dare I say sometimes awareness of GPs who could actually be given permission to dispense.

I waited 5 years suffering from extreme stress because of my condition, then was told that my problems would be over because of medication they could give me within 2 weeks, waited.... waited.. nothing came.

Went to see my GP so they could contact the consultant.

My GP asked me to contact the consultant directly, I did, but they were too busy.

A week later received a letter to, more or less, ask me not to annoy them.

I then started having suicidal thoughts, I am elderly live on my own and life is already harsh

But decided in 'my last attempt' to call a private consultant who asked me to visit them straight away.

They could not understand why YOU, the NHS left me this way for so long, but added they were not able to comment because they know the NHS consultants.

So today the NHS consultant decided they will see me.

Yes will attend but so you know one word, just one word out of place and I will be straight onto the official complaint bureau because I just have enough for YOU to treat me in this way.

I am not an object you can discard so easily.
