"Staff nurse in charge"

About: Accrington Victoria Hospital

I visited the minor injuries on 18/05/16 at 20.10. My daughter was in lot of pain with a big blister on bottom of foot that had come up and needed treatment. When i arrived there was nobody in waiting room or cubicles just four nurses. I was spoke to by the nurse in charge who asked why i was coming in at that time and was gonna make them all late. I was was disgusted by that remark and i know that they dont finish till 20.30.
