"Follow up after scans impossible to optain..."

The appointment transition very good response however finding the result unusual slow I had two scans first on 6th April staff st the scan treatment room really lovely and you made feel relaxed and comfortable .However finding the result of the scan takes forever I've phoned the person dealing with the letter s on annual leave having spoke to the person after leaving numourous message which were never replied too and leaving my tel number I was chasing around finally they told me that a letter would be sent to me very soon as the Gp at hospital wished to see me 2 weeks later No letter so I really want to know what's happened to patient care and methods need to be improved in communication
