What could be improved

i had my baby in this hospital. i would not recommend to anyone. my sons cot was used as a door stop, i was left sitting in my own blood and excrement for 1 and half hours,nobody came and checked on me when they were supposed to check my stats. just because im an older mother doesnt mean i know anything he is my first and i wasnt treated very well.if i ever have another child i will not be going back to this hospital to have my child....also i was the only one in the labour ward for the time i was in labour so they werent even busy............
