I've used this service several times over the years for blood tests and for the occasional emergency treatment for injuries etc. I really couldn't fault the treatment or the attitude of the staff who were always friendly, respectful, helpful and efficient.

Also living in the catchment area for RVH, I can personally completely agree with what you have said (and minor injuries is excellent!).

Thank you for your kind comments - we will let the staff know as it is always lovely to have a compliment such as this.
