"Sent for admittance by GP"

About: Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust

GP sent my with a letter to A£E to be admitted. She is now 5 stone 6.

They asked her questions, checked her and said they would admit.

Then consultant said no. Funny they didn't have a bed... So was decision because of that?

Shame on you for not putting the patient first.

Shame that NHS is not joined up.

My wife is ill and the hospital was rubbish

Your wife was a medically expected patient and was seen by the on-call medical team; a clinical decision was made not to admit her based upon her clinical presentation and not the bed status.
