"awful staff treatment"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

we saw a healthcare worker come on the ward for their shift , they told the nurses and they ignored the healthcare worker for a good 5 minutes while they finished their gossip One then told the healthcare worker to get changed in the toilet. They said they hadn't done a shift on ward 14 before as they were bank staff.They never told the healthcare worker what to do or where to go, they just stood and looked ready to cry. Later the healthcare worker brought our food out and what a lovely person this was very polite ,couteous and treat the patients with respect. The staff on this ward should be ashamed the way they treat the worker, no wonder there are staff shortages on wards.
