"I am living with pain and double vision"

Last year I was assaulted and I sustained a very serious injury to right eyes, i went to MRI A&E , i was put through assessment to determined the damages i spent over 500 hours in appointment's visit s and waiting time, the consultant finally decided i need surgery, the date was fixed and given to me for this long awaited ops, then phone call came through "sorry we have cancel your operation date, your blood pressure is too high" you have to be on medication for two week and we would give you another date,five more appointments dates were cancelled and even the phone call and letters stop coming, waited, tried ringing, no answer , just answer machine to leave message if you have the voice mail box, five weeks ago, I decide to take a trip to the famous royal eye hospital to see if i can get something done,the receptions staff in the (A) section were very helpful traced my records and ring someone, spoke to about three or four different people, i was put on the promise land again, " we will check and see what going on and give you a call this five weeks ago and no phone call no letter or explanation, I am living in traumatic pains and double vision,and the worse part of all this, i am higher education student which mean i only see about 30% of what is happening in my lectures.
