Some of the staff deserve gold stars but many are rude and treat patients with little dignity or respect. I was acutely ill with depression but given a different diagnosis which impacted on my treatment.
There was a lot of 'monitoring my mental health' by observation and not a lot of patient nurse interaction. I often felt no one was listening.
I have accessed my notes and these make sorry reading. I have been called Andrea, Lisa and Valerie. I have another patients notes in my notes. The English in many cases is appalling. The notes are often not factual but totally subjective.
Never will I be admitted to this place ever again.
We are in the process of making a formal complaint. There were so many blunders and errors.
