(as the patient),

I would like to say thankyou to all the staff at Ormskirk hospital

who looked after me when I had surgery by Mr Loh's Team

For a shoulder problem.

The care given by the theatre department was excellent

The only complaint I have is the disgracefully high car parking charges.

Dear effalump,

I’m sure Mr Loh’s team will appreciate you taking the time to post your thanks after your surgery; I will make sure they are aware of them. I will also pass them on to the theatre staff.

Regarding the parking charges, we do offer a weekly car park pass which is beneficial for anyone visiting more than once in a week. It costs £5 plus a refundable £5 deposit, and is available from the general office at the hospital. I’m sorry if you were not aware of this.

I hope you are making a full recovery.
