I needed to have urgent advice for an eye problem and was seen quickly for triage (within about 15 minutes of attending, and then by the specialist after about 1.5 hours. I was given a thorough check up, and treatment and advice.
The staff were competent and friendly, and even though they were busy, I was given enough attention and time.
