"average service"

all though they have loads of stores they are the most expensive. they tend to push the high priced option first and not based on your real needs. I used them because they use upto date optical machines for testing eyes but I get my glasses from other places. I use their audiology (once) for my hearing needs but they only one option for nhs patients and that is over the ear and not in ear (as this would involve cost)
