About: Ninewells Hospital / General Medicine

(as the patient),

I was admitted to ninewells hospital may 2016 with pneumonia and found myself in the care of staff in ward 42..... this was my first ever stay in any hospital.

My experience in ninewells was absolutely faultless and any initial worries I had were quickly dispelled once staff started treating me......despite the professionalism of care I also enjoyed good banter too which made me feel better quicker........ I especially enjoyed my separate room with a view of beautiful woodlands and it's wildlife......amazing.

We hear so much negative stuff in the media regards NHS or its staff, etc but all I experienced was completely opposite. I only have positive words regards ward 42 and can't thank them enough for getting me better and back home asap.
