"Breast care team"

Thank you to the staff in the breast are unit, X-ray department, surgical team and Isabella Ward for the great service you provided to me during a recent minor operation. Everyone I came across was professional, warm and communicated with me - and as far as I could see with my fellow patients - appropriately and personally. Hugely impressive given the pressures they - and the healthcare system as a whole - is under.

Thanks also to the admin team at the breast clinic for their flexibility and patience when I had to change appointments at short notice.

A special mention to the fabulous nurses on Isabella Ward. I was particularly impressed with how they supported an elderly, occasionally confused patient with dignity, attention and respect.
