"Excellent care in A&E"

I recently received treatment at Whipp's Cross A&E. I was very distressed & upset when I arrived, and I was bleeding heavily. One of the Nurses on the front desk took me straight through to the major incidents room. Although it was very busy, I was quickly given a bed & cubicle. The nurse stayed with me & helped to reassure me. Very soon after this, I was seen by one of the A&E doctors - and then a team from the EGU. I wanted to thank all of the staff who helped me that day, it was a really upsetting situation, but I felt that I received quick and excellent care and attention.
