About: Wansbeck Hospital

I am writing to thank every member of staff on Ward 15 for the care and treatment I received recently. From the minute I arrived at 7.30am till the minute I left at 6:00pm I was treat with utmost respect and made to feel relaxed and at ease prior to my surgery. I would like to say a special thanks to my surgeon and my anaesthetist. Once again thanks to you all, our NHS is very special.

I feel our NHS is very special too and that we should all do everything we can to ensure it remains a health system to be proud of.

Thank you for taking the time to celebrate the care you received, it enables us to let busy staff to know how much their efforts have been appreciated. Im delighted your surgery went so well and that care was delivered in just the right way, with respect.
