Used the new blood test system - great improvement over the old one.(it couldn't get much worse lets face it).
Receptionist/support office is excellent/very helpful. So good to see a service being turned around in this way instead of deteriorating and nothing being done.
Good work Chase Farm!
Hope the 'new' hospital is as good as this!
