I attended the minor injuries unit today with trepidation following recent national news reports. Sevenoaks couldn't be further from the there examples. The service was fast and efficient but more importantly friendly and respectful. I would give specific praise to twi members of staff. No stress or tension they just got on with their jobs in a very pleasant manner. DT
