What I liked

the new entrance is fine & in all my visits over a number of years I have no complaints. waiting times are quite good.

However, the new seating in phlebotomy is really unsuitable, too narrow for "large" people. It has been dubbed healthy eating seating, i.e. two well proportioned people would struggle, which is true for many patients and quite a lot of hospital staff. best seating is in Cardiac. green three, continuous metal seating no divisions. thankyou
