There is some excellent care on Queens ward especially from Sam, the HCA.

He is always happy, personable, glad to help and go the extra mile, helps patients all the time and is a really lovely person. He loves his work and always has a ready smile, nothing is too much trouble and he keeps his eyes open and does things before he is asked. He cheers the patients with his lovely personality and is a really good egg.

I hope management see this post and take note accordingly.

Oops! Whilst we do have excellent staff on Queens 3 ward, I am advised that Sam is based on our Queens 2 ward, so I am happy to correct my original post.
