Having recently been discharged from Wexham after a planned op. I can only provide the most sincere thanks too all of the staff that make up the surgical and post operative care team that I encountered, which includes the often forgotten behind the scenes admin staff that do a stirling job in making sure that everything happens at the right time to achieve your goal.
The dedication of all of the nursing staff, pre and post operatively, junior Drs, who are sadly so hard worked and under appreciated by government, to the student nurses that I encountered most of whom had great empathy and communication skills, to the domestic staff who with out them I am sure we would encounter more infections.
Just 1 negative I encountered was in one instance I felft that I was involved in my own care during my recovery, however this will be addressed seperately. All in All thank you to all of urology team & nursing and domestic staff of the paragon suite (although I was NHS) for providing such a high standard of care and treatment during my stay.
Regards
