"Disrespectful Staff"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

Spent a number of days in Coronry Care with my sick Aunt. Two members of staff were lovely but found two others extremely rude and disrespectful. They were more interested in gossiping and giggling at the nurses desk than doing their job. Asked twice for assistance and was tutted at for disturbing their discussion about an outfit for a ball.

My aunt felt like she wasn't able to ask for help from these staff.
