"Great Service From All Staff at Queens Hospital"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)


I had to attend the Bowel Cancer Screening Department after doing a stool test.

I attended on the Monday and saw a staff member who was very reassuring and professional. They booked me in for a Colonoscopy the next day which I attended and once again the team there were very professional and reassuring.

Two days after a staff member phoned me asking if all was well with me and told me what to do if I had any problems.

Today on week later another staff member phoned me with my results and told me all was well, great news for myself and my Family.

They went through everything and was very thorough and made me feel at ease.

I could not fault the great service I received from all the Staff at Queens Hospital, so a big thank you to you all.
