What I liked

the nurses andcleaning staff were very friendly and helpfull

What could be improved

food was awfull. never saw same dr 2 days running so contradiction in treatment from each one

i was a patient on ward 65 the ward was lovely and clean .nurses always there to help never had to wait long for pain relief, drs not very discreet so everyone in ward heard what they was saying embarrassing at times drs not clear in what you was meant too be having done and very poor bedside manner .fanastic ward which is been let down big time by the drs any job they could get away with passing to my gp they have done .keep up the good work nurses and cleaners who knows drs might take a leaf out off your book 1 day shame on you drs

I was pleased to learn you found the nursing staff friendly and the ward clean. However, I was sorry to learn that you felt the care given by the doctors was not delivered to the same degree; namely not respecting your privacy and providing conflicting advice regarding treatment.

We shall pass your comments on to the Patient Relations Manager at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
