"Thank you"

I first had contact with sandra as I was struggling with my 2 yr olds behaviour, she came to me not only promptly but respectfully, she listened to my past story and not only listened well but understood and respected me and my past, she came every week and on a couple of occasions when I requested her visit. She patiently gave me guidence and helped in areas needed, Sandra realised that my confidence had been knocked through the floor and did her upmost to rebuild that on most if not all of her visits, I just want to thank the service in general for the help that is available for struggling mums like I was but also I want to thank sandra for being honest, guiding, compassionate, and supportive she not only helped me with my sons behaviour but also she made me realise my self worth which is something iv'e not had for many years and one final thing ... She told me she is proud of me and that means more than any help she has given me. She is such a genuine lady that deserves recognition for the work she does. I thank her and the service again.
