Waited 4 months for a new appointment to have my braces tightened and my chain on my exposed tooth pulled - had 3 consultants in 2 years and im 18 years old with a missing tooth and braces and its very humiliating. im disgusted with the fact that you keep changing staff and i wasnt even informed until i called to enquire why i hadnt been given an appointment and even the staff were rude and unhelpful.

i want this sorted as i am annoyed that ive had my braces on a lot longer than i should have just because you cant seem to keep people in 1 job for very long.
