"Thanks for caring"

I attended the clinic last Thursday - the only bad part was the parking . I went in and had my test. The member of staff i dealt with put me at ease and told me about a great coffe shop on the grounds which we went too on one of the walk arounds. I then went and saw the consultant and had some news which upset me a bit but the staff were really caring and took me and my wife into a room where i believe the sister sat us down and talked it through. she then arranged for another nurse to teach me how to carry out the procedure which was done very professionally. The staff were really caring and professional and were perfect example to how nursing should be carried out and the NHS should be proud them. i am just waiting for a follow up call from the clinic which I am sure will be carried out in the same manner Thank you
