(as the patient),

I wish to share with you my excellent experience today.

My GP sent me for a blood test and X-ray.

The quality and friendliness of your colleagues was truly excellent.

I was particularly impressed by the lady who took my blood and the lady who gave me my X-ray, and the young man, the receptionist at X-ray, was so so friendly and by efficient and I could see he was going out of his way to help all patients.

Extremely well done.
