Pain is an individual experience making it difficult for someone else to quantify. This led to concern on my part that I might not be believed or thought to be exaggerating. In However, staff in the Pain Management Department believed what I said and were friendly and understanding. The treatment that I have received or am likely to receive has always been explained to me so that I can see my way clearly through the various treatment options. Top marks are very well deserved.
