"Everything, professional, hard ..."

What I liked

Everything, professional, hard working, outstanding team work. From the plaster room to the consultants........I visited at the busiest time of the year, snow on the ground and more broken bones that I have seen in my life....the pressure must have been huge.

The Larkspur Suite should be proud.

What could be improved

One consultant could improve their manner....bedside manners are everything in dealing with customers...people are not text books, they do not always understand jargon.

Nevertheless, the whole service was great.

Anything else?
