Great news! Telephone appointments! For somebody with a disability such as myself, or anybody else when they become unwell, this system really helps. It's quicker, easier and solves your problem without the added inconvenience of long waits at the surgery. Some people may feel it's inconvenient trying to get through on the phone, but when you weigh that up against the fact that you would have to be phoning or travelling anyway you realise there's no added problem. Try it! I have, more than once now, it made my whole experience a lot smoother and the relief to my condition a whole lot faster. Thanks handsworth wood medical centre for an a1 initiative.
