I accompanied my mother to Audiology dept a few weeks ago for a hearing test.
We were seen by Zahra. My mum was very apprehensive and being deaf found it traumatic at first but settled quite quickly by the understanding professional compassion shown by Zahra who was in my mum's words the perfect person for my mum to have seen.
Today, I returned with my mum who was nervous and scared of who was going to fit her hearing aids. My mum was absolutely relieved and pleased to have Zahra who once again showed her true professionalism, patience and sympathetic understanding.
Zahra is the perfect person to be in this job and is most definitely an asset to the Audiology dept.
