My wife attended clinic on 19th April. After her diagnosis, the consultant said they were going to write to our doctor. So far nothing has arrived.

Sorry we are behind in our typing of GP letters due to resource issues. The letter has been typed and sent to the GP dated 12 May 2016. Sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused.
