Very prompt assessment through Trainee Nurse (who explained they were still learning) and supported by experienced Triage Nurse/Doctor; wait for further treatment not too long (1 1/2 hrs), then marvellous, supportive aid from Nurse Specialist - please pass on our compliments to them.
