"Excellent"

I have been a Patient with this Practice for 10 years + . I am aslo a health care professional who works in General Practice so I am aware how difficult it can be. I have always ( with the exception of one GP) had excellent care from everyone at the Practice. I find booking appointments online suits me best and the E consult which is avaliable has proved to be excellent on the 2 occassions that I have used it. I try to attend as little as possibel but with 2 long term conditions I do have to consult for reviews. As I work full time this can be difficult and the surgery tries to do as much as possible by telephone which is a great help. I have always had responses to email questions and the staff are always helpful. I recently moved out of area but I am very pleased that the surgery has agreed to keep me registered there.
