About: Princess Royal University Hospital (Orpington)

(as a carer),

Recieved a letter offering my partner outpatients appt for the following day, letter berates late cancellation (cost of £137. Pointed out) yet due to short notice by hospital no alrernative but to cancel on day as my partner is currently an inpatient.

Outbreak of novo virus (2nd time in past 2 months) has meant closure of Princess Royal Hospital Bromley, same voice message for past 72 hours, no regular updates, details of expected return to visiting etc, I feel this is really very poor communication and worrying lack of hygiene if this virus can close a hospital within these timeframes.
