Dear Anonymous

thank you for your post regarding your attendance at Good Hope Hospital Accident and Emergency Department with your elderly father.

I am sorry that you are concerned about the experience and the assessment of your father, and would like to investigate this in more detail. To enable me to do this, I would require some information from you. I would be most grateful if you could contact me at your convenience either by telephone on 0121 424 0808 or by email: marie.helebert@nhs.net.

I look forward to hearing from you and do hope that your father is feeling better now following his admission to Heartlands Hospital.

With kind regards

Marie Helebert
