"Nurses need to show more compassion"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres

(as a carer),

I care for someone disabled as a result of a brain injury. I feel like I have been treated as a second class patient. I think Harmyres Hospital needs to be cleaned fully. I feel the staff need retraining and in my opinion taught how to show compassion to the relatives of patients like myself. If they don't want to nurse patients then I think they should change their jobs.
