"Thank you for the care and service"

This was my first emergency gp referral and visit to the clinic. I had my appointment details 3 days after referral, & seen within 11 days. All staff were kind courteous professional, thorough, and talked me through every procedure. From consultant nurses reception and radiographer and cafe.

I had an examination, mammogram, and sonogram which fortunately led to a diagnosis of cysts which were treated immediately and I was seen by the consultant again for further advice afterwards- who seemed as genuinely relieved as I was with the diagnosis. An amazing service, I'm so fortunate to have accessed it, and I feel if your diagnosis faired worse than mine you'd be in the best place possible to receive great care and support.
