"Mother should have not been discharchrged!!!"

About: King George Hospital

Mother was admitted from A&E onto MAU, she was finally admitted to Ash Ward.

She was discharged a week later on a Fridat afternoon.

The Doctor asked me to arrange for the carers to restart, and for her wharfarin to visit on the Monday morning, which I did.

I received a call on the Monday morning for the discharge team, to say that my mother should not have been discharged, and were here carers etc coming in.

I suggest this is two days to late!!
